i like my number because it is easy to remember and I've had it for 30 years (transferred from my home landline) THEY HAVE KEPT ME FROM TRANSFERRING IT BEFORE. As noted its customer service sucks. The whole scheme seems to be keeping the poor bozos from leaving.
Also, their intrusive screen takes control of the screen obnoxiously often
This is just another lesson about getting what you pay for.
