Spent most of 4 hrs. trying to upgrade phone.

Eventually it was updated and I found I was charged for a full month usage even though it was for one day and wasn't even used. There is no one to call for service and their online support either does not work or is like having to read an encyclopedia for one tidbit of information.

There ticket system works sporadically and there online chat is inept. a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a
