we have two Motorola X pure, they have consistently have large issues. it is there system has too many bugs and there customer service is nonexistent 12 hours, 24 hrs ,36 hrs, 48 hrs later no help.
I use my phone for work all day I run Acculnyx , E-360 and company e-mail sideline I am dead in the water unless I drive to McDonald 15 miles away and use their wi-fi. it has been 48hrs and no response from them. I had Tech-savvy people look at my phone and they all agree it is there system. I am giving up and moving over to Verizon or google project fi.
The most disrespectful customer service ever on the planet Earth. I have reported them to California consumer complaint and California Attorney General for fraud of service.
