If you're thinking about choosing Republic Wireless as your cell phone provider beware: There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY YOU CAN TALK TO A REP ON THE PHONE. EVER.
PERIOD. END OF STORY. From what I've seen - after over an hour of effort spread over a few days - is that you must buy a phone from them and sign up for their service BEFORE you can even have an online chat.
They say that not having live telephone customer service saves them money and is better for the consumer because, after all, who wants to wait on hold for a customer service rep? If I had that option, Republic Wireless would have another customer and I'd be looking forward to getting my phone and using their service instead of venting here.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
