When we added 2nd phone with our old number they gave us a phone with a different number. When we called to explain it was to have our old number they started to charge us for a 3rd phone.

We only have and use 2 phones but we get charged for 3 phones. It has been 4 months and they continue to charge us for 3 phones. They make you open a ticket and if you do not respond in there time frame they close it as resolved. We have spent 4 months getting the run-a-round.

we only have 2 phone numbers and we can not get them to stop the charges. They keep giving us nothing but excuses and runaround.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
